Day 2

So day two is thus far a success. I ate breakfast lunch and supper nothing in-between. Supper was pizza but I only had two pieces not my regular half a pizza. Lunch was poached chicken wrap with all the veggies. Breakfast was on the fly so it was a granola bar in the car. But I truly believe that it's not just what I eat it's also what I eat in-between the meals and that I eat too much at each meal.
We also went swimming to day. My mother-in-law and I threaded water for 30 minutes. I truly wish that I had access to a pool more often. It's such great exercise that doesn't feel like work.
Tomorrow morning I'm planning to get back on my treadmill. Also I an going to make Sunday morning my weigh in morning. So this morning when I got on my scale it read 300.1lbs.
So wish me luck as evenings are the worst for me. My husband is a serious junk food eater and has such a bad influence on me. I know I can do this!!
